Before Mailing your images use this check list.

1. Have you sized your digital images correctly? The maximum vertical height is 768 pixels.
   
   
2. Have you named your image files with your name and used the image title on the entry form?
   
   
3. Have you attached your images to an email to apsociety@cox.net or used a CD?
   
   
4. If you sent digital images, have you checked the Status Report? This will be update once a week.
   
   
5. Have you sent fees to Nancy Sams: 3861 N Sapphire, Mesa, 85215 USA?
   
   
6. Have you submited your electronic entry form? There are two sections: PJ Open & Human Interest.
   
   
7. Have you included your email address on the entry form?
