Before Mailing your images use this check list.

1. Have you sized your digital images correctly? The maximum vertical height is 768 pixels.
   
2. Have you named your image files with your name and used the image title on the entry form?
   
3. Have you attached your images to an email to apsociety@cox.net or used a CD?
   
4. Have you checked the Status Report to see if your images and fee have been received? 
   
5. Have you sent fees to Nancy Sams: 3861 N Sapphire, Mesa, 85215 USA or used Paypal?
   
6. Have you submitted your electronic entry form? There are two sections: Open and Creative.
   
7. Have you included your email address on the entry form?

If you have a question, please contact the chairman at apsociety@cox.net  You may use your personal Paypal account sending the fee to nhsams3@cox.net with a comment that it is for AZPS-EIE.
