| There is a difference between the FILE name and the TITLE of the image. The file name will have your name plus numbers while the title of the image will be more of a descriptive nature such as "Bird
at Nest " or "Big Moon ". In this exhibition, you will not be uploading the image electronically but attaching your images to an email (preferred method) or mailing a CD. No CD will be returned - it will be destroyed. |

| The Digital FILE Name: The file name allows us to put the images in order for judging. Please use your family name - your first name initial - last 4 digits of your phone number - the number of your image 1, 2, 3, or 4 - A (color) or B (creative). jpg. You must add .jpg to the FILE name. Do not type the 'jpg' as part of your image title. All images must be saved as a jpeg file and correctly sized. |

| Example: | Sams-N-3503-A1.jpg Sams-N-3503-B1.jpg Sams-N-3503-A2.jpg Sams-N-3503-B2.jpg Sams-N-3505-A3.jpg Sans-N-3503-C2.jpg etc. Sams-N-3505-A4.jpg These are all File names and must be added to your digital images (as the new Image title to be attached to an email). |
The 1, 2, 3, 4 identifies the image round. A = color section; B= creative;

On the Electronic Entry Form: You will use the IMAGE TITLE and list your titles in order to match the 1, 2, 3, 4 that you used as a file name. Your title must not be longer than 30 characters and spaces. The following are IMAGE TITLES and go on the entry form.: |
