HOW TO NAME YOUR FILES

There is a difference between the FILE name and the TITLE of the image. The file name will have your name plus numbers while the title of the image will be more of a descriptive nature such as "Moonlight & Magic " or "Fly Me To the Moon ". In this exhibition, you will not be uploading the image electronically but attaching your images to an email (preferred method) or mailing a CD. No CD will be returned - it will be destroyed.
 
The Digital FILE Name:
The file name allows us to put the images in order for judging. Please use your family name - your first name initial - last 4 digits of your phone number - the number of your image 1, 2, 3, or 4 - A (color) or B (creative). jpg. Do not type the 'jpg' as part of your file name. The "jpg" will automaticall be added when you attach your image to an email or copy to a CD. All images must be saved as a jpeg file and correctly sized.

The 1, 2, 3, 4 identifies the image round. A = color section; B= creative
Sams is my family name
N is the first initial of Nancy
3503 is the last
4 digits of my phone number


On the Electronic Entry Form:
You will use the IMAGE TITLE and list your titles in order to match the 1, 2, 3, 4 that you used as a file name. Your title must not be longer than 30 characters and spaces. The following are IMAGE TITLES:
 
  Cat and Mouse
Daybreak at Tetons
Slot Canyon Fantasy
Taj Mahal at Daybreak
